Code of conduct

Our Code of Conduct defines what we stand for and believe in. The Code helps our employees put GENEX’s values and purpose into action every day, by providing detailed guidance on the behaviours and actions that support our values of: Act with Integrity, Operate with Excellence and Care for People.

GENEX have  adopted a number of policies and procedures to ensure an appropriate corporate framework exists and is followed by its Directors, employees and relevant contractors.  Corporate governance policies and procedures include, but are not limited to:
