Is your company CEC (Clean Energy Council) accredited?
Yes. We are licenced to install solar photovoltaic systems and battery energy storage systems, both on-grid and off-grid.
What equipment do you supply and install?
We supply equipment which we feel is designed to stand the test of time in the Australia climate. Our preferred inverter manufacturer is SMA, the world’s largest inverter manufacturer for many years. A trusted brand, and a brand we have been installing since 2008.
We install, REC and SunPower solar panels as these have proven to be the most productive and trustworthy for our business over the years.
We do however understand that more cost-effective solutions may be required and so we do offer alternatives.
Are battery energy storage systems cost effective?
In most cases, small scale battery storage systems are costly to install but they are great in managing your energy requirements and will save you money over the years.
When we first started installing solar PV back in 2008, we found it was predominantly the wealthier families who installed systems as in those days, the tariffs and subsidies were non-existent. But with the advent of feed-in-tariffs and mass production of solar PV, the cost of systems has reduced dramatically. The same is happening with battery energy storage systems. The average cost of a system is reducing annually. Admittedly not at same rate as solar panels, but the cost is coming down.
My house doesn’t face north, can I still get solar panels?
Yes. Although due north is the most optimum orientation for solar panels. Other orientations are suitable and will generate large amounts of energy. Speak to member of our team for a no-obligation quote.
