What preventative maintenance strategies do GENEX ENERGY employ?
GENEX will never aimlessly carry out meaningless work orders or do the minimum to satisfy the most basic of maintenance strategies. Our team of highly skills technicians use our bespoke software called FieldView to capture maintenance activities in a way that has never been done before.
Our maintenance strategies are created through meticulous research, data analysis and monitoring. Our staff behind the scenes can analyse data streaming in from the field through FieldView and implement both corrective and predictive maintenance strategies. This reduces the number of reactive maintenance callouts significantly.
What services do GENEX offer for valve repair & flange management?
Our field team identify an issue with a valve, it is electronically tagged, and a repair case is created. The workshop team receive the valve and begin a strict and thorough condition assessment of the valve. Systematically assessing the valve and documenting the findings. If we know why it failed, we aim to eliminate the cause, rather than blindly repairing the valve in putting it back into service.
The progress of the overhaul can be viewed live through our FieldView application, including comments and pictures etc. Your team can communicate to our workshop staff directly through the application. The aim is to be as transparent as possible, as efficient as possible and to make information available at or before business decisions are made.
